Hey folks,
So incredibly excited to launch a debut show 'Connecting the Celts' from my brand new series 'History of Ireland Through Music'!! This is not a music gig, nor is it a history talk....it's a combination of both. We're going to merge a Ted Talk concept, telling the story of Irish history through the medium of PowerPoint presentation, merging Live Music into appropriate timescales.
Ireland as a country is full of rich history and culture. Throughout this presentation, I want to merge both history and culture. Join me on a day of celebrating Irish Culture, followed by giving a talk about Irish History and concluding with a performance of Irish Music.
I'm really, really excited about this brand new idea - hope you are too!! Here's what we have in store for the day:
5:30pm - Soundcheck Party (30mins of music and Q&A)
6pm - Irish Language Workshop (40mins)
7:30pm - Main Event (2hr show)
